Oil Flushing & Pressure Testing
Lube oil flushing is a pre-commissioning procedure designed to cleanse the lube oil lines of a gas/steam turbine to the manufacturer’s guidelines. The flushing medium used is similar to the manufacturer’s specification.
Our range of flushing rigs come with different capacity, strainers, and filtration. Upon completion, an oil analysis test is carried out to determine the cleanliness of the system either by microscopic analysis or automatically computerized online particle counter with the standard refer to ISO 4406 or NAS 1638.
