Ultrasonic Cleaning

Ultrasonic Cleaning is an efficient cleaning method that uses mainly sound waves above the limits of human audibility to disinfect items. The frequencies used for ultrasonic cleaning range from 20 KHz) to over 100,000 KHz. It is often accompanied by water or another liquid cleaning agent to clean items.

The cavitation bubbles induced by high-frequency pressure (sound) waves are used to churn a liquid. The churning creates heavy pressures on contaminants that stick to materials such as metals, plastics, glass, rubber, and ceramics in order to eliminate them.  In addition, it also penetrates cracks, blind holes and innermost parts with the main purpose to remove all contaminants thoroughly.

To summarise, the benefits of ultrasonic cleaning include high-quality results, improve cleaning speed and penetrates inaccessible areas.
